Every elder person say this word. 'I wish I did it at the right time', 'I wish'. The most common mistake of human being is to leave the opportunity at the right time, and then regret it.
You ever thought what were the common mistakes made by common people. Let me simplify it for you:
1. They didn't keep their eyes open all the time.
2. They took life easy and light.
3. They didn't follow their heart.
4. They worked from heart and not from the mind.
5. They didn't know the value of time.
And so on.
Now is the best time to improvise yourself. Every moment is an opportunity, you just have to recognize the right opportunity at the right time. Don't wait for anything or anybody, or else, soon you will also become a patient of this 'kaash'.

Nice thoughts. Regret doesn't worth a dime in our lives. Even too many thoughts one thing is also a bad thing. Taking a cautious approach is good but being too cautious, is a disaster waiting to happen.
